Your brand, our manufacturing. PC cases and power supplies from our own factory, Mini PCs assembled on our own line, All-in-One systems co-manufactured to our specification.
Own tooling and molding · Tooling lead time 1–2 months · 3 PC case lines + 1 power supply line · NDA before drawings
Two Ways to Work With Us
OEM — you bring the design.
You supply drawings or a reference product. We run a design-for-manufacturing review, build the tooling, produce samples and mass-produce under your brand.
ODM — start from our platform.
Choose an existing case or power supply platform. We modify appearance, airflow, lighting, cable set and packaging to fit your brand and your market.
What We Can Customize
- Enclosure — shape, panel layout, mesh and filter design, materials
- Thermal and airflow — fan positions, intake and exhaust layout, radiator support
- Lighting and finish — ARGB, painting, coating, silk-screen and logo
- Cables and connectors — cable set, length, sleeving, connector type
- Packaging — gift box, carton, foam design, barcode and labelling
- Documentation — user manual, specification sheet, brand insert
From Drawing to Mass Production
- Requirement and DFM review — we review your design for tooling feasibility, cost and lead time, and tell you what to change before you spend money on a mold.
- Quotation — tooling cost, unit cost by quantity, MOQ and lead time in a single table.
- Prototype — 3D-printed or CNC sample for fit and appearance.
- T1 sample — first shot from the mold, delivered with an inspection report.
- Mass production — scheduled on a dedicated line, through the same five quality gates used for our own products.
- Packing and shipping — your branding on the carton, with a loading photo report before the container leaves.
Tooling lead time is typically one to two months from approved drawings. Tooling cost is quoted against the actual design — the more complex the part, the higher the cost. Both are confirmed in writing before you commit to a mold.
A Recent Tooling Project
In June 2026, an established own-brand system builder in France selected one of our PC case platforms. They needed the top section changed — the carry handle removed — so the case matched the way they position their systems.
We ran a design-for-manufacturing review on the revised top section, cut new tooling and produced T1 samples for approval. The first order was a full container, under their own brand.
No customer name is published here; the design is theirs. The steps above are exactly what any OEM or ODM project goes through.
What We Can Actually Manufacture
| Product line | Our scope | Customization depth |
|---|---|---|
| PC Cases | Own factory — tooling, molding, stamping, finishing | Full |
| Power Supplies | Own factory — SMT, assembly, burn-in | Full |
| Mini PCs | Own assembly line | Configuration, branding and system imaging; hardware changes are straightforward on any platform we currently offer |
| All-in-One PCs | Partner manufacturing to our specification | Scope confirmed per project |
| Case fans | Produced to our specification by a long-term partner factory | Specification and incoming inspection |
| Peripherals, memory, storage, motherboards | Sourced through supply-chain partners | Branding and packaging where the upstream supplier allows |
See Manufacturing Capability for how each line is controlled.
Complete computers take a different route from cases. Mini PCs are assembled on our own line, and carry your configuration, system image and BIOS splash. All-in-One systems are co-manufactured to our specification, with the scope agreed per project. Complete PC Systems sets out what you define, what we need from you, and how every unit is tested before it ships.
Your Design Stays Yours
- An NDA is signed before any drawing is shared.
- Tooling paid for by you is reserved for your brand — it is not run for any other customer.
- Your drawings, molds and product data are not passed to another customer.
- A design developed exclusively for one customer is not offered to another. Our own platform models remain available to other buyers.
Tooling is not always a sunk cost. If you prefer, the tooling fee can be credited back against volume: once your cumulative orders reach the quantity agreed in the quotation, we return the tooling cost or reduce the unit price. The threshold is written into your quotation, so it is clear from day one.
Inspection During Production
You are welcome to visit the line, or to send a third-party inspector, while your order is in production. Anything found is corrected before the run finishes.
We schedule inspection at that point on purpose. Once a batch is finished, a problem can only be reworked; during production, it can still be prevented.
Flexible MOQ Across Multiple Products
The minimum is set by the project, not by a fixed line-up. Tooling projects and first orders are quoted individually — tell us your target quantity and we will work back from it.
Not ready for tooling yet? Start with ready stock in tens of units, and switch to your own tooling once the market has answered. See Stock You Can Buy in Tens.
Send Your Drawing or Reference
A drawing, a photo or a sample we can measure is enough to start a design-for-manufacturing review.
If the reference is an existing product, we ask you to confirm in writing that you hold the right to reproduce it and to accept responsibility for the design. We do not produce copies of branded products.
