From tooling and injection molding to final inspection — here is exactly what we make, what we assemble, and what we source.
20 years · 20,000+ m² factory area · 200+ people · 3 PC case lines + 1 power supply line
What We Manufacture In-House
PC Cases — designed and produced in our own factory
Tooling design, injection molding, metal stamping, surface finishing, assembly and packing — all under one roof. Three dedicated PC case production lines.
Power Supplies — built and aged on our own line
SMT, through-hole assembly, aging and burn-in testing, output inspection before packing. One dedicated power supply production line.
Stock, Not Just Production Capacity
We do not only build to order. Twenty models are held in stock — 100 to 1,000+ units each — so a buyer can start with tens of units instead of a container.
That is possible because the lines are ours. When stock runs low on a model that is still in production, we replenish it on our own schedule in seven to fourteen days. No third party in between.
Stock ships in neutral packaging — no logo on the case or the carton — so buyers can label it and sell it under their own brand.
See Stock You Can Buy in Tens for what is available right now.
What We Assemble, and What We Source
We are deliberately precise about this, because it tells you exactly where our engineering control starts and stops.
| Product line | How it is produced | Level of control |
|---|---|---|
| PC Cases | Our own factory — tooling and molding | Full: from mold to packed carton |
| Power Supplies | Our own factory — SMT, assembly, burn-in | Full |
| Mini PCs | Our own assembly line, from sourced components | Assembly, testing, system imaging |
| All-in-One PCs | Manufacturing partner, built to our specification | Specification and incoming inspection |
| Case fans | Produced to our specification by a long-term partner factory | Specification and incoming inspection |
| Peripherals, memory, storage, motherboards | Sourced from qualified supply-chain partners | Incoming inspection and consolidation |
We do not claim a factory we do not own. This is the same distinction we apply to our own quotations.

Quality Control: Five Gates Before Anything Ships
- Incoming material inspection — housings, fans, connectors, PCB and cables are checked against specification before they enter the line.
- In-process inspection — first-article check at line start, then scheduled sampling on key dimensions through the run.
- Functional and aging test — power supplies run through burn-in; cases are checked for panel fit, alignment and airflow openings.
- Final inspection — sampling inspection on the finished batch, including packing and label check.
- Pre-shipment review — carton count, loading photo report and (for mixed orders) the loading plan confirmed with you before the container is sealed.
Every gate has a named owner and a written record. A batch that fails a gate does not move forward.
Tooling and Customization
New molds, design changes and private-label programs are handled by the same team that runs the lines. See OEM & ODM Services for the full process.
