Ordering & Minimums
What is your minimum order quantity?
Flexible MOQ across multiple products. There is no single number we can print, because it depends on what you are buying and how it is combined. On stock models you can start with tens of units; on OEM and ODM projects the minimum is set by the tooling and the production run. Tell us what you want to build and we will give you a real number.
Can I start small instead of booking a full container?
Yes. Twenty models are held in stock, 100 to 1,000+ units each, released in multiples of ten. Stock ships 2–3 days after payment, and models that are still in production are replenished in 7–14 days. You can also combine several products into one mixed container.
Why are there no prices on this site?
Because a quoted price depends on configuration, quantity, packaging and shipping terms. A number on a page would be wrong for almost everyone. Send us your requirement and we will quote it properly — usually within one working day.
How do I get a quote?
Use the contact form, email [email protected], or message us on WhatsApp at +86 153 6017 6588. Attaching a target quantity and destination port gets you a faster, more accurate answer.
Products & Customization
Do you manufacture your own products, or are you a trading company?
Both, and we are specific about which is which. We are an export company with our own factory: PC cases and power supplies are tooled, molded and assembled on our own lines. Mini PCs are assembled in house from sourced components. All-in-One PCs are built to our specification by a manufacturing partner. Case fans are produced to our specification by a long-term partner factory. Peripherals, memory, storage and motherboards are sourced through our qualified supply chain.
Can you put my logo on the product and the packaging?
Yes — that is what our OEM service is for: logo, colour, panel design, packaging and documentation. Stock units ship in neutral packaging, with no logo on the case or the carton, so you can label them as your own.
Can you develop a completely new model for us?
Yes. We handle tooling design, molding and production. Tooling takes 1–2 months and is quoted per project. If you fund the tooling, the model is exclusive to your brand, and the tooling cost can be returned or the unit cost reduced once the agreed volume is reached — that arrangement is written into the quotation.
Will you sell the same model to my competitors?
Stock and platform models are available to any buyer. A model developed exclusively for you, and funded by you, is not sold to third parties.
Can you copy a branded product for me?
No. We do not produce copies of branded products. If the design is yours, we need your written confirmation that you have the right to reproduce it before we start.
Quality & Inspection
How do you control quality?
Incoming inspection of materials and components, in-line checks during production, and a final inspection before packing. Power supplies go through aging and burn-in testing on our own line before they are packed.
Can I arrange an inspection before shipment?
We schedule inspections during production, and we welcome buyers or their agents on the line while it runs. We do not arrange post-production or post-arrival inspections, because by then the units are packed and the production evidence is gone.
Shipping & Lead Times
How long does an order take?
Stock models ship 2–3 days after payment, and stock replenishment takes 7–14 days. A new tooling project takes 1–2 months before production starts. Production lead time for the order itself is confirmed in the quotation.
Where do you ship from?
From South China, near Guangzhou. We regularly handle mixed containers and can ship to the port and terms you nominate.

That we would rather you start small and grow than commit to a container you are not ready for. Stock in tens, mixed containers, flexible MOQ across multiple products — the point is that the first order should be easy to place.
