A complete computer shipped under your brand. The configuration, the image on the disk and the box it arrives in are yours to define. Assembly, imaging and testing happen here.
Two system families · Mini PCs assembled on our own line · All-in-One PCs co-manufactured to our specification · System image and BIOS splash to your spec
Two Families, Built Two Different Ways
We make two kinds of complete system, and they are not made the same way. It matters to your project, so we state it plainly rather than folding both into one claim.
Mini PCs — assembled on our own line. We buy the mainboard, CPU, memory, storage and wireless module, assemble them on our own line, install the operating system and test each unit. Changing a component is a routine step for us on any platform we currently offer, not a special project.
All-in-One PCs — co-manufactured to our specification. The panel, mainboard, chassis and power board are specified by us and produced by a long-term partner factory. We own the specification and the incoming inspection; the factory owns the production line. For an All-in-One project, the scope is confirmed item by item in the quotation, so there is no ambiguity about who makes what.
What You Define
| Layer | What you choose |
|---|---|
| Hardware | CPU, memory size and speed, storage type and capacity, wireless module, expansion cards, port configuration |
| Operating system | Windows 10 or Windows 11, a Linux distribution, or no operating system at all. Activation follows the licence you supply. |
| System image | Your applications, drivers, first-boot setup, desktop wallpaper, pre-installed tools and the account model your channel expects |
| BIOS and firmware | Boot splash logo, boot order, default settings, wake-on-LAN, power-on behaviour after a power cut |
| Enclosure | Colour, finish, silk-screen, badge position, and the markings your market requires |
| Packaging | Box, foam, insert, barcode, manual in your language, and country-specific labels |
Configuration and image are decided together. A machine that boots into your software with your logo on the screen is the deliverable, not a bare box with a generic installation.
What We Need From You
- A configuration sheet — for each model, the CPU, memory, storage, wireless and operating system you want. One sheet per model is enough; we work from it.
- Your system image — a WIM or GHO file, or the installation media plus the scripts that build it. If you have no image yet, we can ship with a clean installation and you image locally.
- Brand assets — logo files, boot splash artwork, packaging dielines, and the text for the manual and box.
- Confirmation of software licensing — you hold the licences for the operating system and any software you ask us to pre-install, and you supply the keys. We do not source or resell licence keys on your behalf.
The Platforms You Can Start From
Seven platforms are in production today. Any of them can be the starting point for a branded line, and all of them can be re-configured.
| Platform | Form factor | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Mini PC S1 | 196 × 45 × 193 mm, ITX mainboard, dual-band Wi-Fi | Office, retail counter, education |
| Mini PC S1 PRO | 47 mm tall, ITX mainboard | Where a second drive or more memory is needed |
| M021 | Slim Micro-ATX, dual-band Wi-Fi | Office systems that need expansion slots |
| All-in-One A1 | 23.8 inch IPS, VESA mount | Reception, retail, meeting rooms |
| All-in-One A2 | 27 inch 100 Hz IPS | Front desk, showroom, point of sale |
| All-in-One M1 | Compact All-in-One with IPS display | Counter and kiosk deployments |
| All-in-One M2 | All-in-One for office and retail | Volume office rollouts |
See the full ranges under Mini PCs and All-in-One PCs. A platform that is not on this list can still be discussed — tell us the specification and we will say whether it is realistic.
From Configuration Sheet to Container
- Configuration review — we check that the configuration can actually be assembled, flag parts with long lead times, and propose alternatives before you commit to a quantity.
- Sample unit — one or two machines built to your sheet, imaged with your software and fully tested.
- Your approval — you check the machine itself: boot splash, pre-installed software, silk-screen, packaging. Nothing goes to volume before this step is signed off.
- Pilot batch — a small run to prove the image is stable across units and the packaging survives transit.
- Mass production — scheduled against the quantity and delivery date agreed in the quotation.
- Imaging and per-unit test — every unit is imaged and tested individually, not sampled.
- Packing and loading — packed to your artwork, with a photo report of the loading before the container leaves.
Every Unit Is Tested Before It Ships
Systems are tested one by one. A batch of cases can be inspected by sample; a batch of computers cannot, because a machine that fails in your customer’s hands costs you a return, not a spare part.
- POST, with memory and storage correctly detected
- Boot to desktop, and verification that the image and activation state match your specification
- Every USB, video, audio and network port checked in turn
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth association
- Burn-in under load for a fixed period
- On All-in-One units, panel inspection for bright and dark spots, and touch where fitted
- Exterior and silk-screen check against your approval sample
Case and power supply runs are controlled at five quality gates. A system run adds the per-unit test above on top of that, because sampling a batch of computers is not the same as sampling a batch of empty chassis. See Manufacturing Capability for how each gate is controlled.
Minimum Order and Trial Runs
The minimum is set by the configuration, not by a fixed line-up. A single-model run in the tens of units is workable; mixed configurations within one model are quoted individually. Volume pricing is quoted per configuration rather than per model, because memory and storage change the cost more than the chassis does.
If you are still testing the market, start with a small run and move to volume once your channel has answered. See Stock You Can Buy in Tens for ready-stock units that ship without a build lead time.
What We Will Not Do
- We do not reproduce another brand’s finished product, its enclosure design or its trademarks. Our platforms are our own; a competitor’s model is not a reference we will copy.
- We do not install software you cannot show a licence for. If your image contains applications you are not licensed to distribute, we will tell you before the run starts.
- We do not ship a unit that has not been switched on and tested. There is no configuration for which the per-unit test is skipped.
Send Your Configuration
A configuration sheet, a photograph of a sample machine, or simply the specification you have in mind is enough to start. We will come back with the questions that matter, a realistic lead time and a quotation by quantity.
